Note to self, shared with all: you are not obligated to stay in the same dynamic or mindset from one moment to the next. The choice is yours at any given time. It's okay to embrace who you are wholeheartedly like you would someone who you admire. Be kind to yourself. The kinder you are to your own humanity, the more compassion you have towards the humanity in others. Mindfully turn off your inner critic and stay away from the overly critical. Emotions are contagious. Be thankful for every blessing. If you have your health, a safe home, a fridge full of food and the ability to daydream, then you are rich. Don't keep up with appearances and stay away from rat races. Choose who you surround yourself with wisely. If you see a blind spot within yourself, don't judge it but rather find a solution to evolve from it. Be the friend you wish to have. Do something to bless someone who cannot repay you and tell no one else about it. Listen to the whispers in your heart. Be okay to say no. Forgive others. Nurture wonder. Go on an adventure. Try something new. Count your blessings and love well. •
