People often ask me how I'm so motivated, positive and cheerful everyday and it's because I live for adrenaline and feeling alive, I never stop moving, nothing is ever too much trouble and I don't go to sleep at night until I've achieved everything I set out to do. I workout 6 days a week, raise my two children alone, travel the country for photoshoots and filming and am forever trying new things, taking on new challenges and raising the bar. Yesterday I set out to do my 5km cardio warmup and hit 19.99km before my machine switched off at the gym or I would have gone further. Today I'm in hospital having surgery which I'll be kept awake to watch it as it happens. The hardest task isn't the fear of seeing myself being operated on or being in pain, it's wondering how on earth I'll cope with the bed rest and recovery after, I'm already twitching at the thought of not being able to move.
