Fit for me isn't about starving myself and being skinny to squeeze into tight clothes or look like a skeleton when I'm naked, it's about eating well, fuelling my body mind and soul and building muscles. I workout to tone up, to strengthen my bones and joints and actually put on weight through exercise because muscle weighs more than body fat. I think curves make a woman, not bones, so juicy thighs, a firm butt and shapely shoulders and waist are always my goals. You only get the results your effort deserves and contrary to popular belief women won't start looking like men if they workout, our bodies will only allow us to become what we're naturally capable of unless you take steroids of course. I'm all natural, vegan, healthy happy and constantly full of life, positivity and energy. Not bad for a 29yr old single mum of two hey?
