The sight of a bear in full hunting mode, a volcano erupting or this spectacular combination of light and cloud are all stunning but equally are signs that it might be wise to change locations. We had the luxury of being able to drive away but for those fighting in these mountains during times of war, bad weather was something to be endured; a challenge that made an already desperate task seem even harder.
