And then I was kind of struck how impactful we truly are in every facet of life...the fact that we can't even see the night sky in some of our cities is a somewhat shattering thought. For thousands of years, it was the source of stories and in many cases, our very creation. I find it tragically appropriate that we rarely connect with that anymore...not because we don't want to, but more because we aren't reminded to, most simply by looking up.
