“Simone Leigh: The Waiting Room” is now open! The installation includes an herbalist apothecary inspired by Leigh’s visits to South African medicine markets. Throughout the exhibition, the gallery space will be activated through free access to a range of holistic care sessions including herbalism workshops, movement courses, and community acupuncture, which provide an arsenal of tools that address the health of both mind and body.
