Photo by @stephenwilkes: Growing up in New York, it was easy to imagine that the whole world was as grand and magical as this one city. As I grew older, I soon realized that this city had a powerful energy to which no other place came close.
Over the years, I have watched it grow and evolve into a place that exceeds the expectations of all those dreamers who flock in to take advantage of its infinite possibilities.
A city like no other, the magic of New York changes not only decade to decade, but minute to minute. Tomorrow, I will make my way to Brooklyn, where I will photograph the iconic views of Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge as it transitions from day to night.
