This is now part of my program. And I've noticed a huge difference in my glutes since! ?

Here she is Gemma performing glute bridges with single leg lowers. This exercise can be thought of as a progression of the standard glute bridge as she is coming down on one leg instead of two!
The technique is important, you can see Gemma rolling her pelvis in to relative posterior tilt. Maintaining this position will help to more fully engage the glutes. Remember to engage your core and glutes at the top of the movement ?? It is important to make sure that you keep your hips level and don't roll one way or the other. Quality of movement is essential! Please consult with your therapist before trying ☺
