Big news today! We're launching a new initiative to collect, document, and preserve America's brewing history. Enjoy this sip of #BeerHistory, a cutaway drawing of a modern American brewery in 1948. ?
While explaining the 15 points in the "careful, unhurried process" of brewing, the print advertises two entities: Armstrong Cork Company, which manufactured industrial insulation, and the United States Brewers Foundation.

Armstrong's insulation products were used to control the critical functions of heating and cooling in the brewery, while the plant's modern equipment and processes would have been a point of pride for members of the Brewers Foundation.

Image details: storage bins containing the malt and cereal, tanks containing water for mixing, the cooker that boiled the cereal to form the mash, and many more steps that end with the beer in the bottling plant.
