This week we’re sharing a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the work of our scientists and conservators for #BritishScienceWeek!
Follow our team of conservators as they work on an enormous 3.5-metre-tall print by Albrecht Dürer. After cleaning this print, the largest in our Prints and Drawings Department, the team began removing the degraded textile backing from the different pages which make up the work.
