Even though I live close to flagship in New York, I can never resist going to @chefJGV’s Japanese outpost @jean_georges_tokyo in Roppongi Hills. Here @yone_asakusa helms the kitchen and serves up delicacies like this sautéed cod sperm aka shirako with Jerusalem artichokes & black truffles truffles that is just so oishii (delicious). The season is very short so it is good fortune to be in Japan at just the right time. @pichetong #FRtakeover #japan #tokyo
