Viewing the Manhattan skyline from a distance, it’s quite clear that there is a new kid on the block, one that’s even taller than the venerable Empire State Building. There is a construction boom afoot in New York, and the new residential tower at 432 Park Ave. will soon have a lot of new super-tall, ultra-thin rivals.
