Made this pretty thing at a cake decorating class under @publicgarden by @cupplets
If I remake this, I will change it to my Japanese sponge cake recipe as the base for a lighter fluffier texture. Didn't quite like the dense pre baked cake.

バタークリームのレモンケーキです。ケーキのデコレーションのレッスンへ行きました。
プリベークのケーキはふわふわではありませんでした。美味しくなかった(*´ー`*) 味がオーケーままです。
もし、自分をしたら、和風フポンジケーキを作ります。
