Second session of #injuryprevention with @revophysio and I can already feel a difference! Not just physically, but mentally too... I realized practicing good form is like meditation ? I have to concentrate on multiple factors and bring them all together for an effective exercise. It's weirdly relaxing even though I have to try hard ? <-- That's my #zen face, hehe.

These band-exercises focused on strengthening my gluteus minimus ? and ACL stability. I had to concentrate on
1⃣Engaged shoulders
2⃣Straight hips
3⃣Keeping my grounded knee from turning inwards

It always helps having my physio Matt there to perfect technique ?? These were tricky to get right (even though they are pretty basic exercises). The path to #prevention continues!
