For “naked” turkey burgers: Take ground turkey, add drained mild canned chopped green chiles, New Mexican green chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, grated onion, garlic, and cilantro. Cook them in a drizzle of oil. Serve with sesame haricots verts (green beans) roasted in a 475-degree oven with jalapeño, shallots, EVOO, and salt.
