Buon giorno! Today is kind of special day! I started running again after a looooong time. To celebrate that (and a little to compensate no new blog post) I am sharing with the visual #recipe of my favorite post-workout #smoothie.
Blend 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp linseeds, 100 (vegetal) milk, 5 hazelnuts, 1cm ginger roots and enjoy!
Chia seeds and lin seeds are essential to give you fat acids, energy and protein + fiber (which you get from your favorite berries too).
