Day 27 #JourneytoHandstand is Vrschikasana, Handstand Scorpion. To find the balance and get your feet to your head you need a steady handstand and a deep backbend. Take the time to enter this pose from the straight handstand and the create space by engaging the pelvic floor and sending the feet away from the hips. Look up while stabilizing the shoulders and letting the chest sink down. Allow the fee to reach towards the head instead of squeezing or forcing them into position.
