Day 16 #BeStrongin2015 yoga challenge is Vishwamitrasana, the post dedicated to the sage Vishwamitra. Pull the head of the femur of the extended leg deeper into the socket to facilitate a deep external hip rotation. Engage the core and draw the lower ribs in while pressing down into your foundation through the arm. Avoid sagging your body weight onto your arm.
