Greece. You are so beautiful. Here we stopped to watch the sunset and were invited in to eat freshly baked bread soaked in organic olive oil, made from olives grown and picked at the very place I'm standing in this picture. With that, the most delicious olives I've ever had and sun dried tomatoes picked from their garden and dried on a wooden pallet in front of the house. We watched the old lady who served us pick the tomatoes off the pallet and put them on a plate for us, together with a big bottle of beer brewed just five minutes away. For dessert? A heaping spoon of saffron honey made with wild saffron picked from a little cliff by the ocean behind us.

This is divine. Thank you, Greece! This day turned into something beautiful.
