COOKING FOR IDIOTS- Episode 2. Today we have "chocolate protein pancakes"- at least 50g of protein.
You will need: *1 idiot
*Liquid Egg whites (or just do it urself by extracting the yolk, depending on level of idiotness /capability *Chocolate Whey protein powder (30g scoop) *a dash of almond milk *1 whole egg
Mix together in bowl, pour into pan (I use low cal Pam spray) and toss over when 1 side cooked- again, the effectiveness/messiness of this operation depends on level of idiotnessness...?)
Add almond butter and a little maple syrup and BOOOM! A very healthy tasty breakfast. (U can also add oats to the mix to get ur carbs in..I just didn't do that today. Enjoy!) #someonegivememyownshow #thereisdefamarketforthis
