Yes, I'm a singer, but I'm also very passionate about health and fitness (as some of u know by now!) and it has now become more than just a hobby to me since I signed a deal with #Shredz. They are more than a fitness supplement company, they are a movement!! Just look at their athletes - they are in impeccable shape! I want to show you my journey into how i transform my body which is why I take so many gym selfies! ? I am not a professional trainer or nutritionist or athlete of course, but I have been training and transforming my physique for years now and I've learnt a lot! I want to show you how I change my look and get into shape for my videos like Down, Where you are and Mars where I get shirtless ?? and what it takes to build up mass and muscle inbetween shoots and then shred up for the actual shoot where I am at my leanest and lowest body fat. I try not to fluctuate too much since I have to be on camera on pretty much a daily basis but I do like to change my goals. To constantly improve and shock my body.
