Last week I injured my back and had to rest for a few days.
Today I was able to climb properly for the first time since my breakdown. The older you get, the slower recovery from injuries occurs.
I think I'll do it at my own pace without rushing.

先週、開拓作業中にまたしても背中を傷めてしまい数日間休んでいました。
登りと作業のミックスはやはり身体に悪い、解ってはいるのだが。

今日から7割くらいの回復度だがあまり痛みを感じずに登れた。

ゆっくりと体調を回復させていきたい。
