When we are in pain we need to turn inwards not outwards.
Im saying this because I haven't always done this over the years. The older I get the more I need and want to turn inwards. In meditation, in silence, in moments of reflection, in yoga. I'm much more up for looking at my own pain rather than trying to eliviate it by looking outside of myself. Sometimes I dont manage it and in the past I've done the direct opposite but with this pregressing awareness I know its the only way forwards.
