咬筋へのA型ボツリヌス毒素（ボトックス）注入は、エラが張っている四角い輪郭を手軽に小顔にすることができる治療です。
こちらのモニター様は、咬筋へボトックスを片側40単位ずつ投与しました。当院ではエラボトックス倍量というメニューに該当します。術後すぐに効果は発現せず、1~2ヶ月ほどかけて徐々に咬筋が萎縮して小顔になります。
投稿した写真の1枚目が噛み締め時のビフォーアフター、投稿した写真の2枚目が無表情の時のビフォーアフターです。
