桃のラッシーの作り方
<材料＞
・桃　　1/2個
・プレーンヨーグルト　　100g
・はちみつ(砂糖)　　大さじ１
・レモン汁　　大さじ１
・牛乳　　100mL
・ミント　　お好みで

○つくり方
1.桃は皮を剥き、くし切りにする。
2.すべての材料をブレンダーに入れ、攪拌する。
3.最後に桃、ミントを添えて完成。

Honey(sugar) 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Milk 100mL
Mint the amount you want.

1. Peel a peach and cut that into wedges.
2. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix.
3. Finally, add peaches and mint to complete.
