I got to see Gareth Edwards new opus ‘The Creator’ on the huge screen at @britishfilminstitute IMAX on Wednesday and it was a feast for the eyeballs. I have known the very lovely Gareth since ‘Monsters’ came out and I loved hearing about how he took the same exploratory principles of that no-budget movie to this much bigger sci-fi bonanza. If you are interested in VFX at all, I’d suggest to read up on how he and his talented team made the movie. It’s incredibly impressive and worth checking out on the biggest screen near you from tomorrow.
