I had not eaten breakfast recently, but it was hard to hold off until 3:00 p.m., so I made boiled noodles in the morning. I made noodle soup by mixing chicken stock, bonito stock, and dried sardines. I took the chicken out of the broth, chopped it up, and added sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
