リモートワークというか、自宅作業の日。朝昼兼用で十割蕎麦。乾麵の蕎麦というのは、そういうものとして、うまいと思う。打ちたての生そばとは別物としてね。

Is it only in Japan that people eat soba noodles made from buckwheat flour?　I thought it was only in Japan, but it is not. I found out that it is also eaten in France, Italy, China, North Korea, South Korea, Bhutan, Nepal, and other countries. By the way, "Korean cold noodles" are made from buckwheat flour, right? But I guess it is only in Japan that people eat it this way.
