キャンドルウィックでは先日、山梨県小淵沢でオフサイトMTGを行いました。

午前中は、自然菜園の「My Little Farm」でサステナブルな農業体験。無肥料無農薬でどのように野菜を育てていくのか、仕組みを丁寧にご説明いただいた後に、うまみも栄養もぎゅっとつまった野菜をその場で試食！みんなで汗だくになりながら、紫色のじゃがいも「マゼラン」の収穫し、収穫後の土を再生する力を持つネギの植え替えを行ったのもいい思い出です。

夕方は弊社代表のシルベスタの家でBBQを行いました。役割分担しながら、料理を準備。その日収穫した新鮮な野菜と、美味しいお酒やお肉をいただきました。青空を望む解放的な雰囲気の中、メンバーとゆっくりと語り合うことができ、チームの絆が一層深まる最高の一日になりました！

これからもチームで助け合いながらクライアントの皆様のPRをサポートできるよう努めてまいります。

Candlewick recently held an off-site MTG in Kobuchizawa, Yamanashi, Japan.

In the morning, we experienced sustainable farming at "My Little Farm," a natural vegetable garden. After a detailed explanation of how vegetables are grown without fertilizers or pesticides, participants tasted vegetables packed with flavor and nutrition on the spot! We have fond memories of sweating away, harvesting the purple "Magellan" potatoes and replanting the green onions which have the power to regenerate the soil.

In the evening, we had a BBQ at our CEO Silvester's house. We prepared the food while sharing the roles and responsibilities. We enjoyed fresh vegetables harvested that day, as well as delicious drinks and meat. In a liberating atmosphere with a view of the blue sky, we were able to relax and talk with our members, and it was a great day to further strengthen our team bond!

We will continue to help each other as a team and strive to support our clients.
