Detroit’s annual hair show is a challenge to see which artists and salons can create the wildest and most outrageous hairdos. On September 21, we’re hosting a screening of the documentary, Hot Irons, created by Nigerian filmmaker and photographer, Andrew Dosunmu (@shot_by_andrew_dosunmu).⁠

Afterward, we’ll watch a selection of Dosunmu’s music videos for iconic artists such as Isaac Hayes (@_isaachayes), Angie Stone (@theangiestone), Wyclef Jean (@ワイクリフ・ジョン), and Imany (@imany_officiel), and a Q&A with Dosunmu himself.⁠
