ウォーク・ザ・ムーンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ウォーク・ザ・ムーンInstagram)「< i want! i want! > pt. ii  an ancient, derelict downtown warehouse.  huge paper canvases duct-taped to the walls, painted wildly by countless anonymous hands.  tree sculptures and “i want! i want!” written all around.  everywhere you looked, a painted face.  five hundred Cincinnati kids who climbed the winding staircase, ducked through the brick archway, and packed themselves into the who-knows-what-it-used-to-be chamber to catch some local live music and see what this band WALK THE MOON was all about.  our album release party at the Mockbee in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio was a huge undertaking — all of the beautiful people who volunteered their time for the music video (also filmed at the Mockbee) we invited back for the release, and many of them helped us recreate the atmosphere of the video so the attendees could spend their evening hanging out in another dimension, in our universe.  even Pones Inc., the dance team from the video, came onstage and into the crowd for a flashmob during our cover of “Thriller”. we finished our set and requested everyone turn towards the back of the room and sit down so we could all see what was projected on the wall.  and i remember feeling this untamable electricity of emotion in my chest as the world saw “Anna Sun” for the first time…  -@nicholaspetricholas   big big love to the people who were critical to the Anna Sun music video taking flight, including but not limited to: Patrick Meier (director), Kim Popa (choreographer), Pones Inc.
