*Cheese making experience🧀

I had a chance to visit this lovely farm in Menorca, Spain and experience cheese making for the first time in my life! I really like to get to know the local foods and culture through experience.

Cheese is not my speciality so I was really happy to learn about it. And surprisingly I found some similarly to tofu!

This experience reminds me of the lovely local tofu producer in Okinawa (see the last photo or my post in Dec 2020).

今回はスペインのメノルカ島で農家さん訪問して、人生初のチーズ作りに挑戦！

チーズあんまり好きじゃないし食べないからこそ、体験して学べてとっても嬉しかった。

どこかしら豆腐と似てる部分があって、昔沖縄の島豆腐屋さん訪問した時のことがすごく懐かしく感じた。豆腐は畑のチーズみたいだね。
