大野南香さんのインスタグラム写真 - (大野南香Instagram)「* Field trip to cambodia 無事コペンハーゲンに戻ってきたよ〜！コペンハーゲンまでの空港動画をまとめる前にすっごく時間経っちゃったけど今年の9月に東大の先生に同行していった食文化調査inカンボジアの旅！初めてのカンボジアで雨季だったからこそ人も多過ぎず、暑過ぎず。水上で生活する人たちの生活様式やいろんな発酵調味料も発見できてなんとも良い旅だった。日本に帰国して1週間後の旅だったから行くべきか迷う部分もあったけど行ってよかったなって120%感じた日々だった😊 料理教室参加できたおかげで地元の人たちが日常的に使ってる調味料について学べてその土地の食文化への理解が深まった！☺️ Through back to field trip to cambodia in September! I'm already back in copenhagen and it was 2 months ago, but wanted to share this fruitful trip here. I still had my long hair back then 😁 The objective was to see those who live on the water (lake) during rainy season and to research fermented condiments, especially fish paste (like miso in japan but with fish). but it turned out full of discoveries and surprises!
