If you just joined #OGKayla in the @Sweat Challenge, listen up!! THIS is how it’s done.
✅ 8 exercises split into 2 different circuits (1 and 2)
✅ 4 exercises per circuit
✅ Go through each of those exercises in C1 until the 7 minute timer stops
✅ Move onto the next circuit!
Repeat each circuit twice!
Circuit one - 7 minutes
Circuit two - 7 minutes
Circuit one - 7 minutes
Circuit two - 7 minutes
= 28 minutes !
