Marathon 36 hours of carb loading and excessive calories with a friend visiting nyc for the weekend! I may need my stomach pumped, or stapled / sewn shut (my mouth too!)

@rafsnewyork excellent wood fired roast chicken w salsa verde and fennel on bread w a side leaks with something incredible (pretty good pasta and fab bread with butter/ oil )
