I find it a lot easier for me to get creative work done when I’ve got the sky and breeze and mountains in front of me, that keep my peripheral vision wide open. Office spaces, with their closed in walls and cubicles, let me focus on getting the hard work done. It’s a process of opening up and receiving, and then closing in and producing, nature to city, wide to narrow, breathe in and breathe out. I love the breath of fresh air I get at @Yayem.co. There’s a different vibe here, a different energy, and a healthy contrast to the city life of Lisbon. The community of people here is unlike what I’m able to find in city coworking spots, as it seems to me that people at Yayem also take on this receptive, connective spirit.
