Healing generational trauma doesn’t mean Ayauascha ceremonies or hours in therapy — although I’m a big fan of both — it means breaking the pattern that doesn’t serve anyone in your family’s lineage.

The generational trauma in my family definitely revolves around abundance, scarcity, financial freedom, receiving, resting and understanding other people’s success doesn’t mean that I can’t be successful. Them having money is not the reason I might not have enough.

Mama, you are the pattern interrupter. You are the one that can end the limiting beliefs and not pass them onto your children.

Oh, and your healing is serving all the daughters, granddaughters and future generations to come after you. So it’s not selfish.

let’s get abundant as funk so we can use our resources to serve the future world.
