Photo by @mattbrowick | A small group of penguins gathers together on the side of a massive iceberg in Washington Strait in the South Orkney Islands. In the summer and winter months, the South Orkneys teem with life both in the sea and on land. Though having the penguins there for scale was helpful, it was still difficult to tell how incredibly big these icebergs really are—not to mention how deep they must go into the water below.
