The wind was blowing gently, and I spotted this young girl enjoying the flutter of her dress right by the Archaeological Museum of Seville. She looked almost angelic. Later on, I learned from my Spanish friends that, based on her attire and the day, she would have just received her first communion, known as “prima comunione” in Spanish, which is viewed as a rite of passage.
