Fried plantains are one of my favorite snacks! I used to sneak to the back of the school and buy them from street vendors. They use to sell them with Tombi dip, which is tamarind sauce that was sour and spicy! It tasted sooo good. I was close enough with the taste, but not the texture. The street stuff always taste better 😅.
