高級食パン最盛期からずーっと温めていたオリジナルの三角形食パン。
米粉100%でものすごく良いものができあがったのでようやく販売開始です。
フムスも海外でハマって、ずっとやりたかったもの。もちろん自家製です。
米粉パンのもちもち感とフムスの相性抜群です。
米粉パンは西洞院限定でオリジナルロゴの入ったプレートに乗せて提供致します。

清水店ではグルテンフリーオムレットにフムスを合わせる事で、くせになる甘じょっぱさに仕上がってます。

We have been keeping our original triangle-shaped bread warm since the trend of high-end bread began.
After experimenting with 100% rice flour, we finally created an amazing product and are now ready to start selling it. We have also been wanting to make hummus, which has been popular overseas, and we have made our own homemade version.
The chewiness of the rice flour bread and the flavor of the hummus complement each other perfectly.
We will serve the rice flour bread with our original logo on a plate, exclusively at our Nishinotoin location.

At our Kiyomizu location, we combine the hummus with our gluten-free omelette to create a addictive sweet and savory flavor.

Both dishes are highly recommended!
