先週の台北旅行ラストナイトは、
からすみが無性に食べたくて、
オシャレな海鮮、煮海/ Tresors de la merに。

まず入口で食べたい魚介類を選んで、
希望の調理法を伝えて店内へ。
すぐに活けてくれるので、お刺身は超新鮮、
オイスターもぎゅっと濃厚で美味🦪

からすみは軽く炙ってあって、
シャルドネとよく合います。
ここはワインの種類が豊富ー🥂
すべて美味しかったです！
