An apology for listening for far too long from others on how and who I “should be. An apology for allowing trauma to take hold for so long. An apology for then beating myself up about it all.

The I’M SORRY MONOLOGUE workshop class I’m doing (sold out for this month) is about EXACTLY this. Life is hard enough without you beaten yourself down over things you couldn’t even control! Find space enough to take it ALL and turn it into art. Took me far too long to do so but I’m so deeply proud I did.
