パイパー・カーダさんのインスタグラム写真 - (パイパー・カーダInstagram)「never would’ve thought that the film i’m most proud of being a part of would be one i had zero involvement in making. almost a year ago, @kenadeeclark reached out to me (over linkedin bc i guess there’s a point to those!!?) and told me she was into a poem i wrote a few years ago that i literally thought no one read. she wanted to make it into a film. while i’m always one to encourage creative pursuits and “champion the next generation of filmmakers” or whatever, i was still nervous that these words that meant a lot to me wouldn’t be depicted the way i wanted (i’m annoying!!). in the end, i decided my vision wasn’t what mattered and thank GOD for that because kenadee took a bunch of words i put on a page and turned them into ART. i watched this for the first time and WEPT. PROFUSELY. this is her directorial DEBUT. as in FIRST TIME. as in HOW IS IT THIS GOOD??? the link to the full film is in her bio and i BEG you to watch it not because of my silly little words but because of kenadee and the rest of her cast and crew’s whole hearts and hands and hard work that made this film as unbelievably stunning as it is. give it a gander and make sure to keep your eye on kenadee (and everyone else involved) as you’ll be sure to see them again in the near future. i have no doubts.」1月7日 7時59分
