This was a really emotional one. Proud of @calvitjr my choreographer and the guys for being vulnerable in this performance and expressing what this song means thru movement. I dedicate this song to my dad, to Calvit, to all the men in my life who have suffered behind the mask of toxic masculinity, who’ve had to “man up” and put on a performance when they really needed help or a good fuckin cry. May we outgrow the conditioning that makes men feel like they can’t be whole people who experience sadness, pain, shame, and the full spectrum of human emotion.
