There's far too much dead space in our city - lots that sit in real estate limbo, right in the centre of vibrant communities. This one in particular has been empty for at least seven years. While it *could* be a thriving green space, instead it sits vacant and fenced off, attracting garbage and graffiti and baaad energy. Why?
