Actually, I love creativity in all kinds of forms! From illustration to home design, planning events to gathering a talented team ✨ Working with food is one great way of being creative and communicating new ideas.⁠

And food is never just about food… it’s always about people. Sharing a meal is a pleasure, bringing everyone together in such a special way. When I ran my pop-up restaurant in Paris, I’d sit down and share the meal with my guests: we’d chat about where they were from, what they did, what it’s like to live in Paris. That’s what really interests me, it’s always the human connection.⁠
