But like a lot of people, as I tried to navigate through the pandemic, life felt upside down. I knew that if I wanted to improve my overall health and wellbeing, getting good workouts and quality sleep was going to be a major key. Even though we were in lockdown, having a set routine really helped my mental health. Whether it was starting off each day with a run or making sure I gave my body ample time to rest, I was choosing to prioritize my health. Giving my body and mind the time they needed to recover helped me wake up ready to take on each day.
