We all remember the death of George Floyd, and how his murder inspired and influenced a lot of us to take to the streets to protest police brutality. While protesting, I was arrested along with @deontjones and hundreds of other peaceful protestors in Los Angeles. It was traumatizing and dehumanizing to have the police point their guns at us and arrest us. The next day while protesting, Deon was shot in the face with a rubber bullet by those very same police officers.
