Pork & Cabbage Dumplings
Yield: 30-36pc

Dough:
2cup All Purpose Flour
½cup Water
1tsp Kosher Salt

Filling:
6oz Napa Cabbage, minced
2ea Scallion
1ea Egg
⅓ lb Ground Pork
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1tsp Sesame Oil
1tsp Rice Wine
1tsp Ginger
½tsp Salt
½tsp Ground White Pepper
